Jeff Miller started with Opti as a skilled trades recruiter based in Seattle, Washington – and he is now the branch manager for our Seattle branch! He talks about the Opti experience and what he loves to do outside of work.
1. What is your favorite part about working for Opti Staffing?
I love the people I work with, and I really enjoy the atmosphere and culture that have been created by everyone before me. We come to the office every day to work hard, but also have a great time doing it.
2. Do you have a favorite Opti tradition you could highlight?
I really enjoy the Opti Holiday party; I really enjoy getting together with everyone from our office as well as other offices and management in a more casual environment, and just having a great, festive time!
3. What makes Opti unique?
The culture of wanting to be the best, and doing what is necessary to be the best. We are always provided the tools to be great, which is rare in my experience.
4. Tell us about your favorite moment helping an Opti client or candidate.
Any time I can help a client find the diamond-in-the-rough candidate, or helping a candidate find the perfect job is my favorite moment.
5. What does your perfect day look like?
Waking up on a nice, sunny day, playing with my baby daughter for a couple hours, playing golf, and then relaxing watching while a basketball or football game.
