Through our contract-to-hire process you can have the selected candidate in place and on the job quickly. By billing you on an hourly basis, you can essentially have a Working Interview thereby staying caught up on workflow and assessing over time the employees performance. At the end of the contract period there is no additional cost to onboard the candidate, or if you wish to bring them aboard sooner, you always have the option to pay a conversion fee and get them into your organization sooner.
