The Working Interview
At Opti we focus on long-term placements that make an impact on your organization’s productivity. Because of our focus on these types of roles we offer a few different ways to get the candidate you select onboarded with your company. We can provide our services on a contingent basis for a one-time fee; utilizing this method allows you to hire the person into your organization from the outset. Or we can offer you a “working interview”. Through the contract side of our business, this alternative allows you to see the person in action, doing the work, before becoming a member of your team; terms are usually set for a specific number of calendar days our hours of work performed.
