1. What is your favorite part about working for Opti Staffing?
I get to change the current circumstance of someone’s life!
2. Do you have a favorite Opti tradition you could highlight?
I love the Opti Christmas Party and Auction! It is an absolute blast!
3. What makes Opti unique?
I love that Opti cares about their employees’ opinion and truly lets us have a voice. The leadership that we have as an organization I would not trade for anyone. Mike, Ron, Avonly, Saul, and Nathan truly care about our success. And I couldn’t have a better branch manager in Kendra O’Bryant. She always has our back and never lets us take our foot off the gas.
4. Tell us about your favorite moment helping an Opti client or candidate.
Mr. Kevin! He is a guy who came in back in the fall of 2016 in dire need for work and he definitely looked the part. He was one of the first people that I presented to a company we had just started working with. They took a chance on him, and he hit the ground running. He came into my office about a month ago and he was still working with the company I placed him at two years ago and he is a team lead. He brought in a small stuffed bear that had my name embroidered in the back of it just to say thanks. His story will always be one of my favorites for sure.
5. What does your perfect day look like?
Clicking on all cylinders with my team member Gabriel Larson, to a point where it feels like we are in each other’s head – which happens more often than one may think!
6. A Hollywood producer is making a movie about your life – who would be your pick to play the role of you?
Robert Downey Jr. because he’s the dude, playing the dude, disguised as another dude!
7. What was your first job?
Burger King in San Diego, CA.
8. What is the one word you would use to describe Opti Staffing?
