1. What is your favorite part about working for Opti Staffing?
I would have to say that it’s the people. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with and work for.
2. Do you have a favorite Opti tradition you could highlight?
The new yearly company meetings are definitely the best. It’s a lot of work for me, but definitely well worth it. To be able to meet all the people that I have talked to over the year as well as the parties….so much fun!
3. What makes Opti unique?
I feel that what makes Opti unique from working for any other company is that the owners genuinely appreciate every single one of us and show their appreciation as well. Also, the energy that is displayed by Opti employees is unmatched and very contagious. I love it!
4. Tell us about your favorite moment helping the Opti team.
I love that I am able to help all internal employees, whether it’s with medical, 401K, in-house payroll, etc. I just love what I do!
5. What does your perfect day look like?
To get through everything I need to, meet all my deadlines and have all the right answers, but it doesn’t always happen that way. Things are always popping up and there are fires to put out, which makes things challenging but for me. That’s the perfect day, one that keeps me on my toes and always learning something new.
6. A Hollywood producer is making a movie about your life – who would be your pick to play the role of you?
It’s a toss-up between Angela Bassett and Viola Davis. Both amazing actresses.
7. What was your first job?
My first job was at 16 working at Burger King and believe it or not, I really liked it and I was really good at it.
8. What is the one word you would use to describe Opti Staffing?
Energizing!
