Congrats To The New Members of our President’s Club

At Opti Staffing, excellence is just what we do! It’s an intrinsic part of how we conduct our business, and the goalpost for which we strive. Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare John W. Gardner once said: “Whoever I am, or whatever I am doing, some kind of excellence is within my reach.” Excellence, however, isn’t something that just happens. It takes a potent combination of the talent provided by out exceptional team members and the cultivating guidance of our executive team. We invite those particularly gifted salespeople, support staff, and behind-the-scenes wizards to join our President’s Club. As we welcomed several new inductees into group recently, we wondered what it meant to those members, beyond a graphic on signature lines and business cards and a couple of notable incentives.
We asked these fresh-faced club members what the membership meant to them and how they felt the President’s Club functioned to represent and nurture the excellence for which Opti has come to be known in the industry. Here’s what they had to say:

For some, it represents the culmination of hard work and dedication to the values Opti represents.

The Presidents’ Club symbolizes achievement and success within Opti. The Presidents’ Club members are held to the highest standard of production and are proven top performers.  They are the people that leadership relies on to lead by example on the floor, and members are encouraged to share the knowledge they have gathered throughout their careers with others as motivation for success. So, ultimately, the President’s Club members are the people that are willing to go where they need to go, do what they need to do, climb the tallest mountains without looking back at the ground, and help to pull the people around them up to their level of success!
President’s Club is one of the greatest honors I’ve ever received.  To be recognized for hard work and for BLEEDING Opti red means so much to me, and that keeps me striving to meet/exceed the standards we have set.

Some team members see their induction as a celebration of their skills and drive.

Being in President’s Club means being the best, knowing that you’re the best, and having that fact acknowledged.

“Membership in the President’s Club is privilege!  It shows that I am one of the best at what I do!”

Presidents Club is a visible acknowledgement that my efforts are valued by not only my clients, and candidates but my company.  I serve and engage the community with integrity, quality and deep personal commitment.  Soon my business cards will hold the logo with that promise.

For others, it is an opportunity to challenge themselves to maintain that spark of excellence; for themselves and as an example to those around them.

My thoughts on Presidents Club is that it is something that motivates.  Being part of it reminds me each day to work hard, remember that we should be the best representation of Opti, and that folks that are not in the club are looking at us for leadership.

The President’s Club to me, is a group of individuals who refuse to let any obstacle get in the way of their goals and success. I am very proud to be in the President’s Club but am even more proud of the steps taken by myself and my fellow members to receive the induction. Being a member will personally drive me to continue producing at a high level while also being a vocal leader in my own office and amongst the whole company, in order to give additional motivation to my peers, in hopes that they will be inducted in the near future.

Whatever their reason, motivation, or perspective on the President’s Club and their membership within it, one thing is clear:

Opti team members are driven to excellence and guided by values rooted in integrity.
