Continuing our exploration of Opti Staffing’s 2019 theme, Momentum with Passion and Purpose, we are going to delve into Passion and how the employees of Opti define and apply this concept in their day-to-day work. Specifically, we’ve asked our team members to share what part of their work sparks passion within them.
Unsurprisingly, many Opti employees are passionate about helping people:

Some cherish the chance to make an impact on their communities:

“I am passionate about the people we work with and the connections we make. Our customers, our candidates and our team. Helping people realize how great they can be and the impact they can make on people’s lives!”
And others find personal growth in improving their candidates’ quality of life.

Regardless of the reason, however, it is obvious that the people of Opti Staffing understand the meaning of passion and how it serves to propel us and our candidates to greater success. We strive to translate our dedication to improving our community into security and opportunity for those we represent.
