Continuing our exploration of Opti Staffing’s 2019 theme, Momentum with Passion and Purpose, we are going to delve into Passion and how the employees of Opti define and apply this concept in their day-to-day work. Specifically, we’ve asked our team members to share what part of their work sparks passion within them.
Unsurprisingly, many Opti employees are passionate about helping people:
“I am passionate about helping people. There is nothing better than getting that ‘thank-you’ call.”
“I love the opportunity Opti has given me because I get to help people all day who are trying to make a better life for themselves. I know at the end of my day, I did the most good I could.”
“I’m passionate about what I do because I see the results directly impacting people’s lives!”
“I love seeing what I do make a difference in people’s lives for the better. When a candidate says, ‘Thank you, this is the best job I ever had,’ it makes my day.”
Some cherish the chance to make an impact on their communities:
“I’m passionate about providing a service to my community. We didn’t arrive here on our own, and I feel as though one of our purposes here is to share, learn and love one another.”
“My work allows the opportunity to make a positive change in the communities of the Pacific Northwest by safeguarding the future of myriad career paths. More personally, my verification work helps secure aid and benefits, and supports our candidates after the workday ends.”
“I am passionate about the people we work with and the connections we make. Our customers, our candidates and our team. Helping people realize how great they can be and the impact they can make on people’s lives!”
And others find personal growth in improving their candidates’ quality of life.
“To better myself while bettering others.”
“Meaningful. Purposeful. Connections.”
“The effort you put in has a direct correlation to the size of ripple you create!”
Regardless of the reason, however, it is obvious that the people of Opti Staffing understand the meaning of passion and how it serves to propel us and our candidates to greater success. We strive to translate our dedication to improving our community into security and opportunity for those we represent.
Next time we’ll bring our examination of Momentum with Passion and Purpose home as we dig into the final concept: Purpose! What is it all for? Why do we harness our momentum and passion on a daily basis to thrive in this industry, and where did this drive for excellence begin?
