And we know that our job candidates have friends or relatives who are equally as talented and who may be looking for new opportunities. So, we want to extend a welcome to them as well and help our candidates in the process.
To do that, we have established our Candidate Referral Bonus Program! It gives our candidates an opportunity to help their friends and earn a little money in the process – up to $100 in Visa gift cards.
Here is what you need to do to qualify for the gift cards. Just let a friend know how Opti helped you to find a great job and that we can do the same thing for them.
1. Fill out the voucher
Get a referral bonus voucher – either download one from our website or get one at your local Opti office. The voucher simply asks for your contact information and the contact information of the friend you are referring. Fill it out and return the voucher to your recruiter in person or via email. That’s all there is to it!
2. Make some money
If Opti successfully places your friend in a new job, you will receive a $50 Visa gift card when he or she receives his first paycheck. The card will be mailed to the address on the voucher. After your friend has been working at the new job for 60 days, you will receive another Visa gift card for $50.
You cannot qualify for the money, however, if your friend has been recruited or contacted by Opti Staffing within 12 months of the referral. Also, for you to qualify, your referral must be placed in a job within six months of his or her first interview with Opti.
