Opti is an organization that is always looking to ask big questions, and the best part of my job is finding the big answers to those questions. Analyzing our operations at every level, from individual recruiter performance to company wide trends across an entire year, is at the core of what I do. Fathoming the Stars of our company generated data into Constellations that we can use to navigate an increasingly complicated world is what we do here in Research.
