Ashley Conery

I’ve been with Opti for 3 years now. I have a 4-year-old, almost 5, so when I’m not at work, I’m spending time with my kiddo. I love cheese, cats, pranking my coworkers and listening to loud music. I love working with Opti because I feel like I can be myself. It’s the first place I’ve ever worked where I didn’t feel like I was just another body in the company. Opti really shows you how valued you are and wants you to be successful. The best thing I can think of when I think of Opti, is the ability to bring new ideas to the table, and they are heard! Our voices matter, and I couldn’t ask for a better company to work for.
